Gourmet Cotton Candy Ingredients
At Posh Fairy Floss we hand mix all of our flavors weekly and make each recipe individually to be sure you'll love it! Our favorite moments are when our customers taste our gourmet cotton candy and exclaim, "how'd you do that?!"
INGREDIENTS
We start with real cane sugar instead of syrups or mixes. Then we flavor the cane sugar and add color. We can also make them dye-free if you prefer dye-free cotton candy. However, note that each flavor is made in the same machines so we cannot guarantee that it will not be contaminated when it's made.
We do clean our machines before running colorless flavors, but there may always be a trace amount. View our cotton Candy ingredient list.
ALERGENS
Our cotton candy is free of tree nuts (excluding coconut) , peanuts, soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten.

At our Posh Fairy Floss Cotton Candy & Sorbet shop in Downton Harrisonburg, we serve a full frozen dessert menu that includes, handmade sorbet, dairy-free Oatly soft serve, Posh Rolls, Milk shakes (dairy-free), Lotus energy drinks, and more! We will share our new fall menu soon, but in the meanwhile, here is the current allergy info for our summer menu if you want to visit our shop.
Note this only lists the few things we serve that have allergens! We have 7 allergy free sorbets, 3 allergy-free soft serve ice creams, and many more treats that are allergy friendly so come visit us soon!
